Hi Rich
Looks a good plate and your Paneer looks very fresh, even homemade. ;)

In my (posh) restaurants, they add another dimension to the cheese, by a quick coating in Red Masala
and scorching it in a wok with a little of the usual Tarka and tossing with plenty of flame. (Lemon Dressing)

Gives it a light charred type of crust and extra level/zing of flavour, to contrast with the mild masala sauce.
You can get a similar result in your Tandor, but I think a one minute Wok version works/tastes better.

Just a suggestion and a bit Flaming fun. ;D

Curry On
cheers Chewy

That looks lovely Rich. I have got some red lentils in and was gonna have a bit of an experiment with them next week and see what I can knock up. That is definitely on the radar :)

Chewy me ald
- charring is on the cards mate and tikka Paneer - coated in the usual spices and a waterer gram mixture (Indian way) then in tandoor.
Homemade it is - so easy! In fact we have a new dish coming to the supermarkets. Done all the tests and it works on reheat from frozen.

Cheers

best, Rich
