Cheap Crab

Got fresh, cheap crab available. What would you do with it?

Thinking a gentle Thai Green or a very subtle Indian Korma. Ideas?

Personally, I would do nothing with it other than remove it from the shell, then layer it back into the carapace with some finely chopped boiled egg and eat it as-is, with perhaps the tiniest smidgen of either hot paprika or Kashmiri chilli to add a little piquancy; for me, crab is far too subtle a flavour to think of currying it in any way.

Thanks Phil. Your answer has confirmed what I already thought ... far too good to waste by tampering with it.
It's so cheap that it would be rude to refuse, but I think just buy and eat!

Not a big fish fan really, but by co-incidence, got the chance of cheap monkfish as well - that does curry well :)
