Hi,

Just signed up after a few weeks looking around the site and there are some excellent tips on here.

Previously cooked some tasty curries but since discovering the base and curry stock it has elevated my curry to a whole new level.

Hi Hue, and welcome.

Nice to have you on board. I'm a relative newcomer myself and totally agree with what you say. The recipes and tips provided on here have made the difference, for me, between a decent curry and an excellent restaurant-style curry.

Look forward to hearing about, and hopefully seeing some pics of, your creations :)
