Agreed.  They're the same colour as I am looking at that nice bit of kit Michael has  >:(
As for the food, if that's the left overs, i would have loved to have been there for the main event  :P :P

Thanks fellows
I threw a curry party for a big group of us who are going skiing this Saturday ( Slovakia nice and cheap)
I was quite impressed with the danzak which was a first for me
Also the CTM was a bit different from Dave loydens book where he blended fruit cocktail, cashew nuts, ground almounds, sultanas ,cream, sugar and tandoori masala he says just cook this but I cooked it with base gravy and I will be doing this again
As I said the other day I cooked these curries in a cast Iron pan and was well pleased with the results
Normally after cooking many different dishes there might be a couple that Im not that pleased with but this time I thought they were all a good pass
If I do say so myself  ;D
Thank you also SL it was your Chicken Jal

Forgot about your Pro Tandoori Shed MT 8) 8)

Tikka looks very good, authentic.

Leftovers look great, how did you cook the vegetarian? Was it male or female. ;D

A good Saag or Haryali would be a better match for the trainers ;)

cheers Chewy

Nice one, michael. I found cooking for lots of people to be ok, apart from the end when everything needs to come together - all gets a bit chaotic then!

How did you find the taste of your curries the day after? Some of my best tasting curries have been leftovers after they have been left for a day then re-heated. Time for all the flavours to develope and mingle, maybe.

Good one Chewy  ;D
Hi meggeth
Yes cooking for a large group is hard work especially the prep
Once you start cooking take a deep breath  ;D and don't rush
let the curry cook for 9/10 min let it reduce down and don't stir too much
It just makes more mess ( watch the videos)
I agree some curries do taste better the next day but in my opinion if a curry is cooked properly it will taste great
The way I look at it if you order a curry from your favorate  TA it is cooked on that day and tastes good
Cheers Michael
