I'm not a great lover of veggie curry dishes, but that looks very appealing, Rich.

Liking the idea of putting it on top of naan.

If you squint - Looks like beans on toast -  ;D ;D  Only kidding, looks great Rich.

To make it more BIR, precook the lentils and squash and add it to any good masala.

made this on sunday and it is fantastic i mean the the recipe rather than my cooking i suppose, so it was dinner on sunday,tea yesterday and is gonna be dinner again today at work have tried a few dhals over the years and this one is definitely my favourite, highly recommended would advise folks to give it a go also really easy to make...thanks spicy
