 Chicken Bhuna with fresh green chilli and Pilau Rice

Good start young man, I use Admins base, but use Abduls spice mix. About 2 Tbs, (or according to taste).
Works for me.

I used 976bar's chicken bhuna-finally cracked it,http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,6248.0.html

Brilliant curry, my favourite at the moment, I added 1 ts deggi mirch and 3 hot thin green chillis for some extra heat
