Just wanted to say hello and thank you for site a great website and forum
I am a Jalfrezi man and after finding this forum last week, managed to make a rather tasty one using JimmyJas recipe. I wasn't sure how it was going to go, but it smelled, looked, and tasted like one from a restaurant, so it exceeded my initial expectations right away. I used a base sauce recipe from another site, but am looking forward to trying one from here this evening.
Looking forward to discovering what all these wonderful spices bring to the taste and intensity of many recipes on this site

Greetings Gleedo, and welcome.
I'm a relative newcomer here too, but try to get involved and share and learn.
I'm not a jalfrezi guy, but I do want to cook one for a mate soon.
This forum has much to offer - recipes, photos, advice, debate.
Pictures are always welcomed

welcome Gleedo - Jalfrezi is indeed a grand curry. In your opinion is it a mild/medium curry or should it be a bit more spicy hot?
