Madras spice mix

Hi guys love the forum!
I have been browsing now for around 3 hours and my head hurts .
I've managed to find a base(ADMIN) in which i'm going to test out tomorrow but require a madras recipe to go with it could anyone help me.
Reckon it will be great with my home made japatis

I will second that Chewys is simple and great!!!!
Here s my latest attempt
And the one I did after getting my first lot of Kashmiri chilli powder which i recommend
