Hi Guys....just joined the site and looking forward to learning some curry making skills. I moved to Limousin in France last march and the main thing I miss(apart from family and friends) is my fave restaurant, "The Bombay Nite" in Felixstowe. A brill restaurant who would tweak my curries exactly as I wanted them. The nearest Indian restaurant to me now is 50miles away and as such I've started to make my own curries. I've tried chewy's base which worked a treat and tonight I'm having a go at Coryanders. I tend to go for savoury curries and my faves are, (all chicken), madras,dopiaza,vindaloo,balti,jalfrezi, chicken chilli massala and the occasional phal. If anyone out there has a strong recommendation for any of these please let me know.
