hi every one just recentley joined and couldnt believe how many people out there are addicted to curry like me and trying to produce that perfect taste that seems to elude everyone.We all seem to think there is some special ingredient,but i put it down to the fact these chefs use the same pots day in and day out which take on all the flavours and probably dont get washed! Maybe if we ever do find that special ingrediant it may be something we wished we didnt know about.
