Garlic Chilli Chicken at Teatime.
« on: November 03, 2013, 08:49 PM »
Knocked up a Garlic Chilli Chicken for tea.
Heavy on the fresh Garlic, just smashed with the flat of the knife.
A couple of sliced Jalapenos, red onion and tomato wedges.

Photos show cooking of the IBCO plain butter paratha, cooked
from frozen, a simple no effort product, with a great taste.

In this kitchen, I've got to be in the mood to work with flour and I don't
really get excited about making Naans, Chapatis etc

Thanks CH, curry on. ;)

Hi Rich
Not sure, probably half the squash in a curry, other half in my Soupmaker.
Eggplant, definitely Brinjal Fry as its one of my favourite appetizers or anytime snack.

cheers Chewy
