Satkora Chilli Chicken

Satkora Chilli Chicken
Midnight Beano, inspired by the 49.999 runners chasing after the Chef down to Shields seafront yesterday. ;D

I'm back on the Pilau, but went for a half and half, because the potatoes are so good. You can do this in a BIR but you do get some funny looks.

The dish was flavoured with Pran Satkora Pickle and one fresh green Naga chilli
and finished with an overripe vine tomato and young Coriander shoots.
Plus IBCO plain Paratha, best I've ever tasted. ;)

safe to say, I hate you for making me this hungry, even though I have a tikka madras (your recipe) in the office's fridge waiting, I so wish I could have a proper shatkora curry right now :)

is there a recipe for this dish. would love to make. have had it on to-do list for ages but never really felt i've seen a good recipe.

pic looks the business and real deal.
