Satkora Chilli Chicken
Midnight Beano, inspired by the 49.999 runners chasing after the Chef down to Shields seafront yesterday. ;D
I'm back on the Pilau, but went for a half and half, because the potatoes are so good. You can do this in a BIR but you do get some funny looks.
The dish was flavoured with Pran Satkora Pickle and one fresh green Naga chilli
and finished with an overripe vine tomato and young Coriander shoots.
Plus IBCO plain Paratha, best I've ever tasted.
