Crikey.  I can only say that a part of me is glad it is too far to travel.  The idea of eating that many times in so few hours blows my mind -- if I were to attempt it, it would almost certainly blow my stomach as well !

I'll probably just have a samosa for lunch Phil.  They are actually quite big samosas.  Just thought to outline what's available.  You never know though.  The limitless tandoori lamb chops and chicken tikka achari at the Misti may prove irresistible.  I would of course then dispense with any starters in the evening, and just get stuck into the balti(s). Honest!

Blimey! Never had you down as a lightweight Phil.  Just goes to show.  I thought you'd be more of a rotund, Captain Mainwaring type, curry connoisseur.

There is little doubt that both appetite and capacity diminish with age.  If I go out with a friend for a Tuesday night special (or if we have a Wednesday night special to take away) there is usually at least 50% left for another day.  Or if I have a Wednesday night special for myself, it usually lasts three days.

It happens to us all Phil. But every now and then it's good to get the wind in your hair, again.  It is after all a curry forum curry night.  Can't expect everyone to sit there in the Kushi with just a pot of low fat yoghurt in front of them, surely?

Absolutely not, and I hope I didn't come across as suggesting that was what people should do.  If they can manage a late lunch, a later mid-afternoon snack, and an early-evening dinner, then more power to them.  I was just saying that any one of the three would do me :)

Only jesting Phil.  Obviously everyone can eat as much or little as they like.  There'll be separate bills either way.  :D  Must say I'm looking forward to a few sherbets as the evening goes on.  I don't usually drink much alcohol, but as Stephen has generously offered it would be rude not to  ;D.  Hopefully we can get a tour of the kitchen.  That would be nice.
