Off to the cricket tommorow and will make afew of these kebab rolls
along with some chicken tikka rolls for the lads and will let you know how i get on
My kashmiri paste will come from the jar as i have one of those giant tubs and it needs to be used

Just made one of these as a tester to make sure it didn't slide of my skewer
and finish up at the bottom of my tandoor . It didnt
Verdict    A very good kebab and well worth the effort if anybody wishes to try
I will be putting this recipe in the book and the boys will be happy tomorrow
