Even though I've always liked Ketchup, Try as I might, I just cannot get away with ketchup in a curry. for me it just takes over and doesn't meld well.
I have to use Knorr Tomato Chilli or Desi Ketchup, which work better for my tastes.
I used this recipe for the content guide for Chasni, changed it to suit BIR style and half the cream, works well.
