Topic: Hello from Edinburgh... again!

Feel like an introduction is in order, even tho I joined nearly 6 years ago!
Kinda drifted away from home made curries, but back with a vengeance! I have a compulsion to make everything myself. Beer, curry, kitchen, even a car!
Took a trip to a rather well stocked asian supermarket buying vast quantities of spice (tempted by ones I'd never even heard of before!)
Made a batch of CA's base sauce and ready to go, starting tonight. Along with a nice home brewed beer 
Just need to decide what to make now, cheers!

Maqbools, on potterow. There's another I've heard is good on Nicholson square, but not been in. I forget its name.
