Curry for 12

Curry ordered for 12 family Saturday. Arggghhhhhhhhh. Not looking for an 'ultimate' curry
just looking to survive. ;D. Sheeks, bhajis etc in freezer already. Need to do a batch of pilau so will do that Friday night and reheat thus obviating the freezing stage from which I still have problems. Just leaves me a pan fest Saturday morning. Mutton chicken and king prawn awaiting my attention from thereon.
Is this relevant to anybody? Prhaps not but the site seems a bit dull at the moment
Only posted incase there are any tips regarding a 12 handed jobby. ( ooops that sounds bad.

Hi RD
Cook to order, to make it more fun, take all the individual orders, do all the prep ready for Saturday.
Appetizers
Do loads of poppadoms, bowls of onion salad, spicy red onion, mild mango and mixed pickles.
Starters
Kebabs, onion bhajis, salad, mint sauce etc.
These should take around an hour (Your cooking time)
Depending on the dish choice (as you may get doubles) you should have done at least 6 main dishes and
transferred to your oven keeping hot.
You should be on a roll at this time and should take about twenty minutes to finish the other 6,
which is a good gap between starters and mains.
Get the wife to sort out the Dessert.

Cheers Chewy
