Ahoy all!

Having spent the last year lurking on this fine website I thought I'd better say hello.
Live in the South West and love curry. Since joining the forum I've tried several recipes and methods and glad to say my expertise just keeps getting better with the great advice on offer, although the local takeaway probably wished different as I'm cooking far more of my own now and spending less at theirs! That said I still believe they need supporting especially when I cant be bothered to cook!
Keep up the good work and and a toast to you all!

Welcome to the forum. Things are a bit quiet at the moment ( not necessarily a bad thing
) but enjoy.

Welcome Steambat. Nice to have one cooked by the "experts", when you fancy a rest from the curry challenge
