Argh!  Sorry Phil, it's my first attempt at posting a photo and will be more careful next time.  How do I delete the large one?  Thanks for the better version.

You're welcome !  To correct the original, click on "Modify" and then on "Attachments"; you will see that there is a pre-ticked box which selects your original attachment.  Untick this box, attach a correct version (you can steal mine !) and then save.

Awesome looking curries, did you cook everything at the same time? if you did, my hats off to you!

I couldn't help but notice the massive spice containers. I generally buy the 400g bags of the main spices, but then I seem to regret it as most of the time it goes down to waste. You seem to have way more than 500g in these containers, do you get through them quickly enough?

Nice to see somebody actually cooking and posting their results.

Yeah, very unconventional in this forum, chewy..  ::)

They look great and love the surrounding 'splatter'. Spot on ( no pun intended)  ;)

Thank you Goncalo, yes I did cook them all at once any more than that and I struggle with.  I store my spices in jars but the spices I use most of in curries (chilli and mix powder) I store in bigger quantities in 1ltr plastic containers and last for months as long as they're sealed.  I tend to use quite a lot of it and refil them about every two months.  I buy the 400g packets apart from chilli powder where I use the Melam 1kg which I think is a much better quality chilli powder and produced in Kerala which is the best region for spices.  With some of the other chilli powders I do wonder about the chilli content, I suspect some uses other ingredience and red food colour but that's just my gut feeling.
