I thought it was pretty decent. I decided not to over do it on my wushof, but I picked a really old / el-cheapo knife and thought the results with cutting paper were impressive. From not being able to cut paper to cutting through quite easily. I noticed some improvements chopping onions with the wusthof. I still struggled to peel them, but one they were peeled, I finely chopped 2 onions for tonight's dinner, half-carrot, a chili and some coriander finely than I've ever done. I guess I'm lucky, but I am likely to only use it again on the wusthof if it goes blunt, until then I'll just keep the habit of honing it before and after use.
