Nothing really to report just the same type of things in the videos already posted on here, like i said before its the technique that i am more interested in.
There is a new restaurant just opened, about two weeks a go, that i haven't been in yet called Triple S

http://www.thomsonlocal.com/Triple%20S%20Bar/0410128006406488000/companyinfo.html

their menu is the same as the Spice Barrel

so this will be interesting because the Spice Barrels food is absolutely wonderful.

The last TA in which i had the chance to go into their kitchen was the Sanam Tandoori

this restaurant is very old school their dishes are like the ones from late eighties, been trying to get some info from these for a few months now, only one i have at the moment is, Chicken Balti Keema Madras. Will be going to these in the next few weeks so see if i can get some more recipes from the chef. I will say that the first time i went to this restaurant i wasn't impressed at all, very greasy, bland and the staff really didn't make us feel welcome but they have a new chef, he used to work in the Red Rose Restaurant which sadly has closed.

I will report any info i find but has some people know it does take a bit of time to get chefs to reveal anything about their food.
