Nice collection and I have the Pran naga chilli pickle in my kitchen.  Is it still available to buy in the shops as it was banned by the food standards agency in about 2008 and taken off the shelves for having an illegal ingredient.  I think it used a banned red food colouring or something.

Got a jar of the Pran Naga pickle today.  Will have a taster later.  Also got a jar of Kushbu (Naga, mustard, curry leaf, and a special blend of herbs and spices).  Sounds tasty.
