Julian's Seasoned oil is oil out of his fryer thats cooked about 30 to 40 Onion Bhajis (more or less)

Julian's Seasoned oil is oil out of his fryer thats cooked about 30 to 40 Onion Bhajis (more or less)

I'd call that lightly seasoned oil. It seems to lose all its potency when added to the base.

Seems a little pointless slagging off Julian' s take on seasoned oil without giving your own version up for consideration.  ;)
