Dettox "Mould and Mildew".  Nothing better for eliminating turmeric stains from clothes, tableclothes, working surfaces, cutting boards, etc.

Just to be sure, did you mean Dettol rather than Dettox (which is also a brand of liquid soap) ?

It is made by Dettol (the pine oil disinfectant company) but was branded as Dettox.  It may have been re-branded as Dettol since I last bought some, in the same way that Oil of Ulay (no, /don't/ try making curries with it !) was re-branded as Oil of Olay ("international consistency" : if a product name is already copyrighted in a country in which the brand is trying to launch, or if it means something unpleasant in the language of that country, then an international re-branding exercise may have to take place).

Description

Formerly known as Dettox, Dettol Mould and Mildew Remover is ideal for removing mould from a variety of different surfaces.  Suitable for use on chrome, stainless steel, glazed ceramic tiles, white grouting, formica and plastics, acrylic bath tubs and showers, ceramic baths and toilets.

Not suitable for use on...hot or damaged surfaces, coloured grouting, rubber, metals (except chrome and stainless steel) unglazed ceramic tiles, enamel, painted surfaces, painted / treated / varnished wood, laminate floors, textiles and carpets, linoleum.
Ignore the bit about "unsuitable for use on textiles" -- I have used it on white shirts (poly-cotton), tee-shirts (cotton), damask table cloths, tea cloths, light colour cotton slacks ...  All have survived unharmed.

If you have a Morrisons nearby they also stock them in their foods of the world section Phil. Noticed them the other day when i was in there.

Couldn't find any, CH, and two very helpful staff members were unaware of any "Foods of the World" section.  I looked in the obvious places, the most likely being adjacent to the Bombay Mix, Balti Mix and so on, but no signs.

Sorry to hear that Phil. I found them in with the Pataks pastes, spices and gram flour. Obviously not all stores stock the same items. Good luck in your search
