Nice one Yak. A top tip for you, try thinning your base sauce down a bit before cooking, so you don't end up with such a dry curry. With base sauce the consistency of thin soup, you should be about to add about 3 ladle fulls and cook it on a hot hob for 5 or 6 mins then end up with an authentic BIR curry sauce thickness at the end
