I think we should give this person the benefits of the doubt and invite her on to the site to share her recipes.... she has got the site buzzing on the BBC site...I think questions may be asked in government.

I agree we should be nice to her (I assume female) because she might have some original, fresh observations to pass on. But the fact of the matter is that she opened with the statement: " I worked in an indian take-away for 3 months, if there is enough intrest I will post the secret scroll of curry making."  This then led to a straight paste of Darth's recipe without any other (relevant) comment. The implication, to say the least, was that it was a recipe direct from her employer's take away. She only came clean when rumbled, as CK has said.

Maybe she "accidently" forgot to mention the fact the recipe was Darth's from this site when she first posted it, or maybe not.

In any case, I agree that we should possibly give her the benefit of the doubt now and ask her to join us and share any knowledge she has if she did indeed work in a takeaway for three months.  If she did this I am sure we would all welcome her to our hapy little group.

I think its a bit unfair to condemn the girl when she isnt here to defend herself. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. The important thing is that the world is now aware of Darths great curry!! And I for one will be trying it out pretty soon (blush), looks like ive been missing out.
