Gotta say Rich, i'm glad to see that you're getting as hooked on it as I am  ;D.  But cooking by torch light is what i call real dedication to the cause.  And i would never have guessed that from your initial photos.  Superb post mate.  You have indeed done the NIS very proud. I hope more people get round to sampling it.  May be a few more converts yet  ;D ;D
