Vacuum sealed food containers.

Has anyone used these...do you have any recommendations on which ones to buy (or avoid!)?

Not quite sure exactly what you mean but I have one of those machines that sucks all the air out of a sealed bag. It is good and it seems to work but the only time we have used it was to preserve coffee beans. To be honest it is one of those things that sits on the top shelf. As far as curry goes all I do for stuff in freezer is suck the air out of the bag and tie the bugger up.

No, not those Rubydoo. I'm on about those tupperware containers that have a nipple in the lid through which you can suck most of the air out with a supplied pump.
