A couple more recent efforts.
Starter - Sheek kebab with pink naga sauce

Ready-made (Spicy Bites) kebabs. Very nice and better than many TAs. A bit on the small side. The pink naga sauce is fabulous. Got the idea for this from a chef. Dead easy to make. Add about 3 heaped tbsp of yoghurt to a bowl. Add to this 1 - 1 1/2 heaped tbsp of prawn cocktail/seafood sauce (I used Asda's seafood sauce that comes in a far). Next, add 1 tsp of naga pickle (I used Naga Raja), a splosh of lemon juice/dressing, and some fresh chopped coriander. Mix (or blitz) and adjust to taste. Chill. Done. De-lish with many starters.
Main - Chicken naga viper
On the bubble. A good scrape-down and it's nearly done.

Fire food (with fruity notes)

Served full-slick
