... goat curry (Madras strength). I bought 1 kilo of goat from one of Parker21's local Gurkha shops in Ashford on Saturday (along with a car-load of spices), and tonight I am making a curry using 500gm. The recipe is essentially the same as in my
Recipe Refinement : An Alternative Approach
thread, but substituting Bolsts Hot Madras Curry Powder for the Rajah as used originally. Obviously the goat will take a lot longer to soften, so I may not actually get around to
eating
it this evening !

Chicken Tikka and Green Chicken Tikka served with salad and yellow mint sauce for me! Not as exotic as goat but you won't find me bleating about it.

Homestyle Ginger and pepper chicken.
Chicken on the bone was all I had in the freezer, turned out quite tasty really.
For the amount I cooked it looks like I've got it for the next few days also. ;D
