Staff Curry with the Fijian Indian variations applied

Dinner tonight,  with Kasmiri Dum Aloo, and left over tikka, vegetable curry and yellow rice.  Bottom picture is the basic staff curry before the variations were applied.

Kashmiri Dum Aloo with last minute variation.  I decided to use some Panch Phoron as well as the Cardamoms and cloves and cut back on the aniseed powder.
