Hi Andy cooking for 20 today

been prepping since 8 this morning and 3 hours last night,think I'm on top of things now. I hope !!
Just cooked a mound of Pilau that I will turn in to mushroom rice this afternoon, rice is perfect so that's a great start.
Chicken tikka is marinated on skews, indian salads are made.
I will now individually cook 20 portions of madras and add to one cooking pot so the flavour is consistent, spicing not to heavy. I can heat in oven then portion out without any delay

Naan dough is ready and rising like the sun, I will try and photo it if I get time.
