Morning/Afternoon/Evening All...
33 year old Curry fanatic hailing from Exeter.
I work as a postman, if any of you yourselves do you'll know just how many indians work with us. For those that don't work as posties the amount of indians working within royal mail is actually quite surprising!
I am surrounded daily by curries - some of the things these guys bring in that their wives make for them at home are amazing, I've said to them numerous times that I've paid good money in restaurants and been served food that doesn't stand anywhere near to what they are bringing in. We have one guy who has a relative that owns a curry house in Birmingham. Once a month he shoots up the motorway on a "Samosa run" - when he returns I have a box filled with 75 fresh samosas that get bagged up and frozen. Nothing beats a cup of tea and a couple of samosas

What brings me here?
Well, one of the lads has just come back from a holiday at home and has brought me back plenty of spice packs so I'm going to start making my own..
How do I like my curry?
Medium/Mild. I'm not a fan of uber hot - I like to be able to taste and savour every little bit of flavour in there - with the roof of my mouth, tongue and stomach lining intact!
