Curry recipes from famous TV chefs
« on: September 09, 2013, 09:21 AM »
Hi, I'm not sure I should mention names on here but I have a book by the two TV chefs that could do with a shave....

I've tried the Channa, South Indian Prawns, Crunchy Palak Paneer and they are excellent!!

I go out for a 'proper' curry every few weeks to the same place and compared them, I think I'm getting quite close with my own at home sometimes.

Anyone got any thoughts on these or on the other guy that normally cooks fish.

Thanks! Rick (no, not that one).

I think that is a very disrespectful way to speak of the wonderful Clarissa Dickson Wright and Jennifer Paterson; they may be a little horizontally gifted, but hirsute they are not, Sir !

I've had their Rendang and enjoyed that.

Has anyone tried the creamed coconut in the microwave trick yet?

No but it certainly looks like an interesting little technique. Would be fun to test it out and see what flavour is produced, but sadly I have no coconut cream right now.
