Hi a made a batch of CT 1 hour base sauce in the pressure cooker and i must say it was amazing my first curry was a korma for the wife and she said it tasted like a takeaway result ;D thanks CT for the base and thanks CA for the korma recipe.
The question i wondering do you lose any tastes or spices using the pressure cooker i have read else where that steam can kill some of the spices is this true.
