Hi Guy's
Great site....Found and made bruce's madras and korma...Knockout  :)
Really impressed with this. Made the base without Radishes but the result was fantastic.Does it really need radish??
Destroyed Pat Chapmans Curry Bible accordingly!! ;)What a waste of money!

Welcome to the site, Pat's books are a bit naff to say the least but it was his Curry Club that published the Bruce Edwards articles so he's not all bad  ;D
