Mole Sauce

No not the critters who dig up the lawn, a very popular spicy mexican dish.

I'ts quite a lot of ingrediants but let me say its AWESOME!

If you like curry with a a bit of heat you will like this.

its only the dried chilli's really and they can be had easily of ebay or http://www.mexgrocer.co.uk/

I just wish I could get enthusiastic about the idea of combining chilli & chocolate, but sadly I can't; for me, they occupy entirely different niches in my culinary spectrum.
