hi curry kings and queens,
having a break from curry and making pizza , but the old habits die hard !

hence the need for a spicy hit !  I am new to the art of making dough and pizza, and would like a decent
spicy pizza topping recipe if anyone knows one.

Here's a link to a spicy cholula pizza recipe that tony gemignani world pizza champion makes, cholula is a chilli sauce that is difficult (not impossible) to come by over here. I have substituted it for a different brand with good results.

I've had that chilli sauce in the past. Nice label and has a wooden screwtop and thats about it. Suffice to say, it never got finished and turned a light colour(like many that get left on the shelf half empty) before binning.
Very mild for a chilli sauce and not too dissimilar to any cheap common off the shelf sauce e.g. Encona or that Indian one in the skinny bottle that takes an age to shake a drip out of.
