I've just joined and thought I'd say hello.
I'm looking forward to learning new recipes and sharing my own. I enjoy all Indian food, especially making my own at home. I don't think I've bought a curry sauce from a shop in the past 4 yrs, my kitchen cupboards groan under the weight of dozens of different herbs and spices!!
My wife, myself and kids all enjoy curry, although the kids are still on Korma (well you have to start them on something), and I'm looking forward to getting the recipe for "Anar Kali Bahar" which is my fave dish.
Enough of that, I'm off to explore this wonderful site.
