Hi everyone. I'm originally from Essex but have lived in Berlin for many years. The lack of good Indian restaurants here led me to DIY. I've been knocking up some pretty good stuff for quite a while but am always interested in others' approaches to the art. There's a lot of info on this site which will take me quite a while to digest but I hope to be back soon with a few comments.

Hey, here's what I had from a christmas market in Berlin:

Ingredients:
1 sausage
1 tbsp of mild-madras

Method:
Grill the sausage
After grilled, add a tbsp of mild-madras and serve.
