May I be bold enough to request a recipe for lamb chops and seekh kebab as served at lahore kebab house in E1.
They are the finest I have eaten and would like to recreate the same succulent taste at home.
I do have access to a mini tandoor oven.
Any assistance will be appreciated.
I tried the following lamb chops, they did not turn out the same:
8 lamb cutlets
(for the marinade)
2 large cloves of garlic
1 thumb sized piece of ginger
2 green chillies, seeds removed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Juice of 1 lemon
100g natural yoghurt
