To save other members needing to take a chance on these videos, without much idea of what they're about, they are apparently from a travel series entitled "Anthony Bourdain goes to Rajasthan, India!"

"Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations was an American travel and food show on the Travel Channel" says another source.

A small part of the first programme is about food.

I don't know about the second video because I didn't bother watching it.

Anthony Bourdain is a French American cook/chef and he's had a couple of shows. The aforementioned No Reservations and also Kitchen Confidential, both of which are excellent.

The second video continues where the first left off and is mainly about the preparations for a lavish 21st birthday party. There's not a huge amount of cooking going on - one clip showing how ghee and made and another clip showing the making of a large meat curry.

That is correct. I posted it, mainly because I thought the cooking of the meat in a handi, with a pot full of burning chalk and throwing the ghee onto it was a cool enough idea. I pondered only posting the 2nd video, as the first one is mildy unuseful. Apologies for the lack of usefulness

I enjoyed watching it gagomes and wasn't suggesting it was not useful - sorry if it came across that way.
