Maybe of interest to some here. Seems like his daughter put a few films up and can't see it ever being posted.

Might be dismissed straight away by people as there's no oil in the huge pot of over 40kg of onions.

It's an interesting couple of videos, which I first saw years ago.
I did message the daughter at the time and ask if there would be more videos from the kitchen.
She told me that it was only done as a school project and there would be no more.
More's the pity really.

I have to agree Mick, I think he would have been a mine of useful information. I like his accent but I can't decide if it's edging towards Scottish or not.  ;D

A little detective work on my part shall enlighten.... 

It's from the Kamal Mahal in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh.
He has three other places with the same name in Omagh, Irvinestown and Portadown.
