Hi All

New to the site, but a confirmed curry fan.

Started doing cooperative dinner parties with a big group of friends (where we all bring a course, or a couple of dishes).

Tomorrow's soiree is a Curry Night, so I am doing Onion Bhaji, Bombay Potatoes and Saag Bhaji, all recipes gleaned from this site!

Wish me luck, and if it turns out OK, I'll post some photographs.

Main course will be Prawn Bhuna and Chicken Madras (courtesy of my Curry Mentor, Tony).

I'm salivating just writing about it, so roll on tomorrow.
