Since February I have been using the Zaal mixed powder including the home made garam masala which is here.

Thanks Podmore.  Which one ;D  They all tasted good.  Now i'm getting the urge for curry again tonight.  Maybe i just have to try out the new base i made on Sunday.  Purely in the interest of furthering curry knowledge of course ::)
