Hi all,

Have been recommended this site by a good friend Michael 'W' who made me not 1,2,3 or 4 but 5 amazing curries.

Am looking forward to searching through the site and cooking some proper BIR dishes.

Welcome Scotty.  Unless you can get into your BIR's kitchen and the chef is prepared to pass on his knowledge, this site is probably the next best place to learn the art ;D  keep us posted on how it goes mate ;)
