Made this last night for a few friends.







Not one bad comment, all liked it saying it's unusual and tomatoey. Liking the texture of the dish also.
This will get made again.

UF cheers for this and glad you liked it - yes the tomato flavour does come through and what I also like is that the use of tandoori masala gives a hint of "tikka" in the sauce.

That looks a very tasty plate of food there UF.  Now i've got some fresh Zaal base i'm going to give SL's Punjabi Masala a go real soon
