Hello everyone, joined yesterday. My hubby is a member and amazing curry cook and i am a little weary of making the mint sauce and washing mountains of orange pots!! So today i have taken a deep breath and attempted Ajoy"s Tandoori chicken with all the accompaniments! Will post pictures and results later!

Well isn't it amazing what the wife gets up to when I'm at work! Can't wait to try it!! 976's Chicken Piri Piri is now on the radar for the next dish oh and of course pot washing!
