Stumbled across this site at the weekend and it is just great.

A bit of effort but what results.

Many thanks to CA for the base and also the Jalfrezi that I am just about to eat.

CA's dishes are great IMHO ... you won't go wrong with them , please let us know how your first try fared .   :)
