Hi all, Just joined. Have forever been in search of that resturant style Indian curry. Found a book called "The Curry Secret" and the base sauce in that is the closest I have got. However,the boiling of onions/ginger and garlic does stink the kitchen out a bit. This is a great forum and I will have to find some time for a good browse......Cheers for now.....mike.
